Or he used the formula on some twins, triplets, etc…

Triplets it is. So that means for the Jessica/Nikki portion, one of them must have had a power that allowed the other to merge bodies. I thought they mentioned in one episode someone curing Jessica/Nikki and both of them were living in the future.
