When Garry Potter was hired as the head designer of the Ceres-based weapons platform he promised that it would herald the end of the Fraal war once and for all.  Many were skeptical at this promise as there have been many such made during the past 67 years.  “However”, he promises, “this is the first weapon designed by man that will have the power to destroy entire planets”.  A frightening concept to be sure.  The design and construction teams have been under tight scrutiny and the strictest of hush orders to avoid any information of this new platform reaching the Fraal.  Up until 2 months ago the public was unaware of its existence let alone its location in the Kuiper Belt.  In order to keep this platform safe two battle groups have been stationed as security during its 3 year construction.
