Last year I was quite vocal about the performance of the Gen Con servers during event registration and housing registration. This year, I am happy to report that the housing registration went as smoothly as I have ever seen it. I did not time out at all and it took me only two attempts to reserve a hotel room. I didn’t get my first choice, but I am happy with what I ended up with (a Queen/Queen deluxe suite at the Hilton).
